Return Policy

If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, VinoLights will exchange it or refund your money (minus shipping fees).

You must make contact with us within 15 days of receipt via e-mail to info@vinolights.com. We will return an e-mail message to you with an authorization number.

If you wish to return an item, make sure it is packaged properly to avoid damage in shipping. We cannot issue an exchange or refund for packages returned damaged due to inappropriate packaging.

We will reimburse you the price of the item, plus applicable sales tax (if any) after the item has been received by us, unopened and unused.

Refunds or exchanges take approximately 15 to 30 days to process after return is received.

IMPORTANT: Before you return an item to VinoLights, it is imperative and mandatory you contact us at info@vinolights.com  so we can resolve the problem in the best possible manner.
